Return Policy

This Return Policy defines the conditions and procedures applicable to returns concerning the automotive parts offered by Tutar Auto. Our objective is to ensure a clear, fast, and professional handling of all return requests.

Any return request must be made within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the product.

Even if all return conditions are met, no return request will be accepted after this 7-day period.

3. Mandatory Prior Request

Before sending any return, a request must be submitted in advance in order to verify the product’s eligibility.
No package should be returned without prior validation.

When submitting your request, please provide:

  • The reference of the concerned part
  • Vehicle information (brand, model, year, engine type) if relevant
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product if necessary

4. Acceptance Conditions

To be accepted, the product must strictly be:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In perfect condition, without installation marks, scratches, damage or modifications
  • Complete, including all accessories and documents if applicable
  • In its original packaging (or equivalent packaging ensuring identical protection)

5. Non-Accepted Returns

A return may be refused in the following situations:

  • Product installed, used, damaged or modified
  • Incomplete product
  • Missing or insufficient original packaging causing risk of damage
  • Return sent without prior approval
  • Returned product not matching the validated reference
  • Return request made after the 7-day deadline

6. Electronic Parts

Electronic parts (ECUs, modules, sensors, etc.) are sold without warranty and cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the case of a clear reference error on our part.

7. Inspection and Return Validation

Upon receipt, the product will be inspected. Acceptance of the return depends on compliance with the conditions listed above.
In case of non-compliance, the return may be refused and the product may be sent back to the sender.

8. Possible Solutions

Depending on the situation and after validation, one of the following solutions may be applied:

  • Exchange (depending on availability)
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

9. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason:
